What your OS helps you find
What matters for the next step?
Thursday is a possibility, not a confirmed appointment. The photo is still needed. These details remain linked to Camille’s record and Alex’s message.

An intention does not become a confirmed appointment. Interpreted information still needs checking.
03 / The change
The new exchange adds to the available context
Receiving a document does not validate it
No appointment created through interpretation alone
What your OS helps you find
The photo has arrived. Where do we stand?
The photo has been received. Alex still needs to review its contents, and the time must still be confirmed. Pick up the current situation without losing what explains it.

Fictional continuation: agreement received, review completed, then confirmation by an authorized person. No real appointment is created here.
02Keep working
Calls, messages, meetings: start from the exchanges that already move your company forward. Avoid making a rewritten report the only source of context.
An available conversation becomes context for the relationship and the next step.

Sources and connection conditionsSources must be connected and authorized. Available content depends on the provider and the workflow delivered.
03See what moves and what waits
When a colleague leaves, you should not have to ask customers what your company promised. The exchanges captured by your OS stay linked to the work. The next colleague picks up the available history and commitments, with the access they need.
Find the received request, its source and what still needs checking. A colleague can take over without asking the customer to repeat the story.
Prepare a handoverIdentify a missing document, an unresolved question or a decision still needed, within the scope you are allowed to see.

An address such as ai.yourcompany.com identifies the MCP access configured for your business. Your team and identified customers follow the sign-in flow and permissions set for their role. The domain does not host ChatGPT or grant access to private records by itself.
Compatible assistants can use the configured MCP connection. Available tools, sign-in and embedded interfaces depend on the assistant and the workflow delivered. Your web workspace remains another way to use the same authorized context.
Yes. We create a plugin under your brand, with the services you choose to offer: exploring your catalogue, requesting an appointment or retrieving an authorized document. Customers add it through the connection or installation flow available in their assistant.
We start from the services you use. Supported connections, useful interfaces and any adaptations are agreed during scoping. Some workflows still need configuration and team onboarding.
People still provide missing information, correct interpretations and validate decisions. The aim is to avoid rewriting context already present in accessible exchanges, not to eliminate human judgment.
Only the sources connected and authorized for your environment, using supported providers and available content. This is not universal access to calls, private messages or historical data.
The available context can retain its relationship to the original exchange. Distinguish what was received, what was interpreted and what was validated. Source visibility follows access permissions and available records.
Web access requires no dedicated mobile app. Assistant access needs a compatible connection, with identification and permissions for private information.
The agreed scope specifies modules, screens, connections, adaptations and support. Not every capability is enabled by default. Maintenance and provider charges are defined in the offer.
A proposed reply is not a sent message; an intention is not a confirmed appointment. Each operation follows its access and confirmation rules. A new piece of context does not authorize every action.
